In mythology, the origin of the four seasons generated from the World Tree located in the core of the world. TheWorld Tree is also called as “Tree of Existence.” It born in the past, exuberates now, and no-boundary future itreaches. Frequent change of the four seasons is the image of time circulation, endless lives.Taichung City is located in the center of Taiwan. It is just like Taichung City Government, surrounded with Four Seasons Park and keeps its life cycle till the end.
